Hey everyone! I'm Ric Dale , and I'm excited to share a bit about my journey with The Well of Life Vision.
I've been part of this amazing organization since 2010 , when Solomon and Roseline Patha first launched
I was honored to be part of the informal leadership team until we officially incorporated in Western Australia in 2014.

Since then, I've been serving on the Management Committee as Treasurer.
My faith in Jesus Christ has been the driving force in my life since I was 19.
It's what motivates me to help those in need, especially the poor and young people of India.
With my background in the Military and community servicesin Australia, I bring a mix of leadership, governance, and administrative skills to the team.
I'm passionate about making a difference, and I'm grateful to be part of The Well of Life Vision.
