The Well of Life Vision is a Christian organisation which exists to glorify God. It has grown out of a God-inspired, shared and sustained vision to help the poor and the youth of India, starting with those in Warangal, Parkal and Ramnagar and extending that to Australia.
God Centred: Living only to do God's will and submitting all your ways to Him so that He can lead you
Valuing People: Valuing people with Love, Compassion & Humility in providing excellent services to the community.
Leadership: Leadership is a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs the organisation in a way that makes it more cohesive. Leaders carry out this process by applying their leadership attributes such as beliefs, values, ethics, character, knowledge and skills. Transformation occurs where the Leader takes a visionary position and inspires people to follow.
Excellence: In every way striving to be the best you can be which unlocks the doors of imagination, allows vision and gives us the right stuff to turn our dreams to reality.
Honesty: Speaking the truth and living a life of Integrity.
